The stay at Tot Hill was not as expected. The room was full of ticks, and we had to continuously de-tick our dog before leaving due to the concern. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable with what seemed like elephants stamping around at various hours throughout the night. The lack of care from the staff and no information about onsite facilities made for a disappointing experience, especially compared to previous stays elsewhere.

I stayed at this hotel that was conveniently located just off the A34 with excellent services nearby. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. However, the snow made accessing the car park challenging without assistance. The staff, especially David, went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

The room I stayed in at Travelodge wasn't the best. They really need to focus on their staff as my kettle was filthy, looking like it was used for soup. On the bright side, the room itself was well-aired, clean, and tidy, with a comfortable bed that gave me a good night's sleep.
